-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Beginning with the Spring Conference, May 2008, Pigeon Forge, TN, we began a memorial service for active and retired members of the Highway Patrol that have died since our last conference. A memorial plaque will be displayed for each one and we will light a candle in memory of each one. We fondly remember them and their service.
