Fall 2009 Conference
The Fall 2009 Conference for NCHPRA was held in Atlantic Beach, NC. The conference was from Friday, 6 November -Sunday, 8 November at the Clamdigger Motel. There were 98 in attendance and all had a great time.
At the Business Meeting on Saturday, C. W. Wade was elected President and W.W. Kellum was elected Vice President.

Spring 2010 Conference
The Spring 2010 Conference will be in the Asheville, NC on Friday, 30 April 2010 through Sunday, 2 May 2010. Rates and other amenities will be honored two days earlier and two days following the conference. The conference will be hosted by Tim and Brenda Drake. We will be staying at the Double Tree Biltmore Hotel, 115 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, NC, 28803. Telephone 1.800.222.8733. This hotel has a three star rating and sits in the middle of the Biltmore Village. Rooms are $119.00 plus tax for a 2 double bed or a single king. We are holding 18 of each for the conference. Check in at 3:00 PM, check out at 11:00 AM. Conference registration is $36.00 per person and covers the Saturday banquet and Friday-Saturday hospitality room cost. Business meeting on Saturday morning.

Fall 2010 Conference
The Fall 2010 Conference will be in Clemmons at the Village Inn Golf and Conference Center. We have stayed there before and it is a top notch facility. Bill & Nell Baker, Lucille Wooten and Connie and Mary Watson will be our host. The conference dates are 21-24 October 2010. Room rates are 65.90 plus taxes for a single or double. Conference registration is $30.00. Our host has arranged for Junior Johnson, NASCAR legend, to be our guest speaker. Other activities are being arranged at this time and I will post when they are complete.

Spring 2011 Conference
The Spring 2011 Conference is planned for Charleston, SC. The hosts will be Harold & Kay Coley and Bill & Dot Ethridge. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Riverview on Highway 17 south (the round hotel just across river). This is a great location with fantastic views of Charleston and the Harbor. The Hospitality room is on the 12th floor and the Restaurant is on the 14th floor. Charleston, the Harbor and Fort Sumpter can be seen from there.
Arrival date is Sunday, April 3, 2011, for three nights (depart on Wednesday morning, April 6, 2011. Anyone wishing to stay Wednesday night can do so at the same rate. We expect the rate to be $90.00 per night plus taxes and fees for a total of approximately $100.00 per night. Updates will be posted later. See this facility at the site below.
