Spring Conference 2012
The Spring Conference, hosted by Claude & Barbara Wade and Buddy & Ellen Hartley, will be held in Burlington. Set your calendar for 4-6 May 2012. We will be staying at the Country Inn and Suites, 3211 Wilson Drive, Burlington, NC 27215. Telephone 336.584.1115. Regular, queen and king size beds the same rate at $75.73 including tax. Friday and Saturday meeting schedules will be posted later.

Fall Conference 2012
The 2012 Fall Conference will held in Myrtle Beach at the Beach Cove Resort, 4800 South Ocean Blvd. on November 8-10, 2012. This is an ocean front facility (all rooms ocean front) three blocks from the Alabama Theater. Rooms have a stove, refrigerator and microwave furnished. The rate will be $69.44 per night, including all taxes and fees. You may come early and stay over at the same great rate. Thursday night not complete, Friday night we will dine at the Chesapeake House. Seafood, chicken, rib-eye steak, salad, dessert, coffee and tea will be offered at $18.00 per person with tax and gratuity included in the price. Our Host will be Bill & Nell Baker. They are working on the group attending a Christmas show while there. Full information will be posted later.
